Michael Lahoud’s 2014 season with the Philadelphia Union was a roller coaster of ride but the Sierra Leonean man who wears number 13 is poised to turn his luck around. Lahoud put in more work this off season than any other off season since turning pro in 2009. I was able chat with Lahoud about the Union’s preseason and his off season training.
